Cancellation & Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

• £50 non-refundable deposit for treatments £60 and over

• £20 non-refundable deposit for treatments under £60

Deposits are deducted from the total treatment cost.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations, reschedules, or non-attendance with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being retained or one session deducted from a prepaid course.
